Simple But Delicious Avocado Toast



Let’s talk leftovers. The Italian bread I made yesterday make the perfect base for a fresh avocado toast. I like to switch mine up; sometimes I’ll include eggs, other times I’ll add some prosciutto & shaved parmesan cheese… you get the point. This morning I was limited on ingredients and kept it simple with some Everything but the bagel seasoning & chopped tomatoes. It was the perfect savory start to my Monday AM. 🥑🍞


Ingredients:

•Yesterday’s Italian bread, sliced

•1/2 Avocado

•MWYH* Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

•MWYH* Fresh ground pepper

•MWYH* Tomato, chopped

•Drizzle of Olive oil

•MWYH* Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions:

•Slice 2 pieces of bread & grill in a pan with some butter or olive oil

•Slice, scoop & mash the avocado. Then spread out on your bread once it’s warm & crisp

•Chop the tomato & sprinkle over avocado

•Drizzle olive oil & sprinkle with as many seasonings as your heart desires - Everything but the Bagel, crushed red pepper flakes & ground pepper
