I had been dreaming of warm summer days for months! This shrimp salad in a toasted bun is the taste of summer that I’ve been craving. Healthier option? Serve in lettuce wraps instead of a bun. I also made a how to video for this in Instagram Reels. Check that out below and try these shrimp rolls! https://www.instagram.com/p/CbIUMblFlor/ 🍤
