Ingredients:
2 medium-sized apples
½ medium cucumber
2 cups spinach leaves
3 stalks celery
1 large banana
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeds removed
1-2 inch piece of ginger
1 lemon, peel removed
Ice (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash all the fruits and vegetables.
- Cut the apples into quarters, ensuring to remove the core.
- Peel the cucumber if desired and cut it into smaller pieces.
- Feed the apples, cucumber, spinach, celery, banana, jalapeno pepper, ginger, and lemon juice through the juicer according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once all the ingredients have been juiced, give the juice a stir to ensure it’s well mixed
- Pour the green juice into a glass with ice and serve immediately.
