Tonight’s Sunday supper was inspired by Chipotle's Pico de Gallo. I made homemade burrito bowls including everything from the Fajita veggies to the corn salsa, but this Pico is what makes it 🌯.
Ingredients:
• 4 tomatoes, chopped (seeds removed)
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• 2 1/2 Tbsp jalapeno pepper, diced
• 1/2 red onion, diced
• 1/2 yellow onion, diced
• 1/2 Tbsp Kosher salt
• 2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
• 1/2 Tsp cumin
• 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
